Boxercise

Boxercise is a fun, high intensity, cardio based HIIT type class. 

With a mixture of boxing rounds as well as body weight exercises this class hits every area and aspect of training. By getting the heart rate up and keeping intensity high it will focus on burning calories and losing fat. Most importantly though, these sessions are fun, energetic and full of life. They offer something different for people to attend and not just a basic fitness class. With music, camaraderie and a relaxed environment these sessions not only allow participants to release some stress and get fit but also have some fun along the way.

Boxercise classes currently run on a Thursday evening at 6pm and a Friday morning at 6:15am.

Circuit Training

Circuits: the session that suits all abilities.

My circuit class doesn’t expect everyone to work at the same rate. Everyone trains at their own pace but these sessions will just help push you through your comfort zones to help improve health and fitness. With the session run in blocks (run alongside the school half term dates ) I will progress the classes to ensure progression is made and clearly seen by all. These sessions are fun, intense and challenging but will also allow you to work at your own level where required. With the high intensity work rate it will also aid in calorie burning and fat loss as well as improving cardio-vascular fitness.

Circuit training classes currently run on a Monday evening from 6pm - 7pm.
