Why train with me?

 
Mindset, Accountability, Consistency = Success

As the photos above show, I have not always been in tip top shape. In fact, weight has been a constant battle of mine and I have had to work hard to maintain a healthy weight throughout my adult life so far. As a child and throughout my early teenage years in particular I suffered with my weight and struggled to manage it. It was something that used to have a large affect on my mental health and as a result had a huge impact on my social life. When I left school at 16, I took the first step to improve this by attending a local gym and making changes to my food intake. I worked hard to educate myself in nutrition and the fundamental principles behind fat loss. I’ve been training personally for over 15 years now and within this time I have taken on many different challenges. These have not only included gym training but also running half marathons, competing in gruelling 7 day running events, cutting body fat safely for gym photo shoots and more. 

For the last 7 years I have been training others with the same goals, using my experience, knowledge and qualifications to encourage other individuals to achieve their goals. I love to encourage, educate and motivate people to create better versions on themselves. 

Fitness to me has also been a massive part of my mental well being. Exercise doesn’t only just make you fit and healthy physically but also mentally. It can have a profound effect on an individuals mental health and this is also something I have dealt with personally.  

My 3 pillars to success that I have always used to achieved my goals are as follows..

Mindset, Accountability, Consistency = Success

I encourage the correct Mindset for my clients. Together we create Accountability, be it through me or the goal at hand. We set a plan to create Consistency and in tow this leads to Success. You can’t have one without the other, so put the 3 together and you will succeed in anything you choose to do.
