Tom credits himself on perfecting technique and form when training. Not only will he make sure you are working hard but he will ensure you are safe, comfortable and well educated in using all the equipment properly. Over the years Tom has developed and adapted different training techniques for specific purposes and has helped many clients achieve their goals in the gym. Some of these being just to be able to get in the gym for the first time. With his friendly and approachable manner you will not only feel at ease when training with Tom but after each session also feel a sense of achievement.
